This video was created as part of a scenario-based training module for new employees at Discover Dogs. It was designed and scripted to show the connection between employee actions and customer outcomes, highlighting both ineffective and effective interactions. The goal was to help staff understand what to consider when engaging with customers and to demonstrate the right way to apply the company’s customer-centric approach. Tools used include Vyond, Logic Pro X, Final Cut Pro, Eleven Labs, and Canva.

The video supports staff in building greater awareness of emotional cues and delivering more confident, empathetic service on the shop floor.
