Hi, I’m Sebrina, a freelance instructional designer and eLearning developer originally from the UK, with a background that spans both educational certification and corporate training.
Over the past five years, I’ve worked in learning and development, with the last three years focused on designing instructional solutions that actually stick.
I specialise in eLearning development, particularly using Articulate Storyline, and I enjoy incorporating AI tools to streamline workflow and enhance the learning experience. I’m experienced in conducting learning needs analyses, developing performance-focused learning journeys, and designing accessible, engaging content that connects with diverse learners.
What drives me, is the opportunity to make learning feel less daunting and more personal. I believe the best learning happens when it's clear, practical, and built around real people, not generic templates. I love using technology to bring that vision to life, whether through animation, video, or interactive design.
