Project: To support rapid workforce growth at Sand Technology, I designed an onboarding solution that tackled declining cultural cohesion and inconsistent messaging. The programme prioritised scalability, clarity, and belonging for new hires. The final experience combined a self-paced digital module, covering company history, business model, and values, with a live virtual induction including group activities and reflection. Project Title:

Understanding the DiSC system Microlearning

Client: UK Print Firm

Project: This microlearning module was designed for mid-level HR managers at a UK-based printing firm to improve how they handle workplace conflict. Existing training failed to address generational and cultural differences, leading to rising employee grievances and poor retention. The new solution offered a practical, accessible format that focused on managing conflict through an understanding of personality and communication styles. The sample shown includes a completed microlearning experience built to support real-world application.

Client: Undisclosed Private School Groups (UK and UAE)

Project:
This eLearning course was developed to train adult volunteers supporting literacy in a UK–UAE school partnership. As lead designer and developer, I created a scalable solution to build volunteers’ confidence and skills in reading fluency, comprehension, and feedback techniques. The training addressed inconsistent impact and high attrition rates among volunteers. The course uses scenario-based learning, interactive tasks, and downloadable tools, and is paired with an instructor-led session for real-world practice.
