This job aid was developed to support new employees in applying a three-step process for asking effective customer questions. It was intentionally designed for quick reference and easy recall in real-time, on-the-job situations. Text is kept minimal to reduce cognitive load and promote usability. The visual layout and speech bubbles provide examples of open and direct questions, helping staff internalise the flow of a customer conversation without relying on scripts.
